Zest Paw Life is a New Zealand-owned and operated business offering natural pet supplements and health products. All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
2. Orders
- Orders can be placed through our website as a guest or by creating an account.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if an error in pricing or availability occurs.
3. Payment
- We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer.
- Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping
- We currently ship within New Zealand only.
- Standard shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct shipping option at checkout. If you are located in a rural area, you must choose the rural delivery option.
- If the incorrect shipping option is selected, Zest Paw Life reserves the right to hold or cancel the order until the correct postage amount has been paid. We will contact you to arrange payment of the difference if necessary.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external events outside of our control.

- All information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only.
- We do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions in pets. Please consult your vet before introducing new supplements to your pet's diet.

Return and Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zest Paw Life, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you have an issue with your order, please read below for our returns and refund process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cheryl@zestpawlife.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, opened, or used items. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
Allergies or Reactions
All ingredients are listed on each product page. If your pet has known sensitivities or allergies, please review the ingredients carefully before ordering. We do not offer refunds for adverse reactions unless a product fault is identified.
Return Shipping
In cases where a return is accepted, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (if applicable) and confirm eligibility, your refund will be processed within 5 working days via your original payment method.
